Send a videotape of yourself to the producers.
It is much more professional to have an agent contact them with photographs of you...but the first idea could work.

Ask your acting teacher to help you find auditions. You cannot audition for Disney unless you have a Talent Agent or Talent Manager.
Show business is NOT like school plays where anyone can audition for a school production. You have to have representation (agent/manager)

Just get on the bus and go to disney... they have to let you in and audition if you show up. It's the law.
