Because he wasn't born in the US. Now Osama Bin Laden's nephew was born in the US (there were a slew of Bin Ladens living here in the US, maybe still are) and is therefore, automatically a US citizen , can he become president?

Because he is a naturalized citizen. The Constitution specifically forbids anyone from becoming president who is not a natural born citizen.

He's a naturalized citizen. He shouldn't even be that, because he overstayed his visa and should've been deported.

Only people born as citizens of the US can become president. This is a good thing, because the governator doesn't have a clue about this country, just his own needs and desires.
