alright, now even though this may seem like an easy problem for some.. it's not for me. this guy has really taken my full heart, and i mean that. i honestly have never looked at another guy like i have him, everything about him makes me smile. he's so wonderful in my eyes, and i can't ever get him off my mind.
i'm a junior right now in highschool, and even though that may seem young to know you're really in love, it isn't. especially when I feel this much towards him.. i want to tell him so badly, and i'm so scared because after liking him for so long.. rejection scares me so much. it really does.
i don't know how to tell him, where to start.. i don't want to scare him away, because this is not easy to say after so long. please, can someone give me some advice?

First off, you need to be in a relationship before you can ever completely know someone. And without completely knowing someone you obviously can not know whether or not you love them. Leave love out of it and just ask him out. If you are already dating him, then I would say yes tell him the truth, but if you aren't already in a relationship with him, do that for a while before you bring out the L word.

You don't have to blurt it out, try warming up to him, get closer to him. Spend time with him, but don't suffocate him. Ask to do things that just includes you and him.
Once you get closer, try asking him out to a movie, or if you don't want too, strongly hint you want to go to a certain movie to get him to ask you out.
Once your going out, tell him.
Though, i do not know what kind of relationship you two have right now, how close you are, and what kind of guy he is. If you truly trust this guy, you can invite him over for a movie at your place, and you can tell him.
I hope this helped some how.

First, DO NOT TELL HIM ALL THAT!!
Ask him out, and when you get to know him better and vice versa, maybe THEN would be a good time to tell him that you've liked him for a long time. You will scare him off if you tell him now.

Just give him a smile everytime you meet, then try to invite him whenever you had a party in your house.

Have one of your friends ask him how he feels about you. That will give you an idea if you should say something.

ask him out and see how it goes. But try to control yourself from telling him how you feel cause it might freak him out:)
