From the below type of "problem students" consider how you and your group would go about working with this student if he or she were assigned to your group. What actions would you take? How could you minimize the problems and maximize the contributions? What resources could you call on?

1. The "Know-it-all." These students have a lot of information, but only want to tell the rest of you what to do. They do not listen to what the rest of you have to say, and they are convinced that their way is the only way to do things.

I think that it is helpful to validate them, but firmly open the floor for others. So when they begin to boss, etc. say "That sounds like a great suggestion. What other suggestions are there?"
This gives the floor to someone else and allows others to have a voice.

Give them the hardest job on the team, then secretly set up a time for the rest of you to meet at Starbucks so you can really discuss the project.

Oh, don't forget to really encourage the know it all and make that person beleive you couldn't do it without them.

Kick them off. If they aren't going to share, then they can do it on their own.

u must be patient with her/him cos i knew Ur feeling. 1st u must stay cool what ever he/she said.
2nd. try not to ask him/her about everything, give the other change to answer ur question.
3rd.tell the true about her/his bad atitude that has anoying u and the other friends. it must work!! try that!!
