Does anyone miss the legendayr crocodile hunter tell why and how was he your hero?

Yea I miss him. I have to admit he did some crazy stuff but people have to realize this guy was train to do all the stuff he did. He didn't just wake up one day and started hunting crocidiles. He was trained and he did take risks that he could have been killed in. But he loved these animals. And I think the day he was killed that he accidently touched the stingray and thats how that happened. He was a great guy and because of him I learn to respect wildlife and to be kind to and not to be afraid of snakes and stuff.
I also hate people bringing up about him holding his baby in front of the alligator. I think if he knew his baby was going to be hurt he wouldn't have done that. He loved all of his kids and he should be remembered for the good things he did not how he died.

I can't say I miss him either. I didn't know much about him except the fact that he took some crazy chances. I respect what he did, but I'm not an animal lover, therefore never really watched his show.

I will and won't miss him.
I'll miss his conservation & environmental efforts. I'll miss his bigger than life personality. He was a great guy.
What I won't miss is his teasing and tormenting animals for show. In hindsight, that was unecessary.
