Hi,
You get the tickets at Nintendo events, and in case you don't already know what the tickets get you, the Aurora ticket gets you to the island with Dexoys and the Mystic ticket gets you to an island where you can battle Lugia or Ho-Oh.
Both of them are at level 70 and Lugia is level 80. If you want to get the tickets onto Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, you can mix records in the Pokemon center.

spencer k's right the tickets are given out at a nintendo event
and i'm just waiting till they have a celebi event.
