I could do without most of the items, but a portable hole would be a must-have. With it I could:
1. Sneak into a bank vault and get rich
2. Jump into it if the cops showed up
3. Push degenerate losers into it
4. Rescue people trapped in car crashes
5. See what really goes on behind closed doors
6. Never be stuck in a burning building
7. Take a quick trip to China anytime for real chinese take-out
8. Always have a place to take a ****
9. Have a place to hide the bank robbery money
10. Fall into it whenever I embarrass myself

soak up a lake first and then create a diversion with the tennis balls so i can escape through the hole with the zepplin and popcorn and the lake. then inflate the zepplin and float off to an island where i would grow my tree for shade, put the lake on the island so i would have fresh water. Then go back through the hole and grab a mate, explode soe more tennis balls so i can take him with me. i would be set for life with my popcorn and fish in the lake.
