i jus cut the bottom portion of my jeans, and I thought a real cool look would be to fringe the leggs at the cuff

i fringed the crap out of mine....first i cut them like you did...then i went a long the bottom him and took a pair of scissors and every 2 centimeters i cut about 1/4 in up all along the bottom...they are so sick...wash them when you done....it took three washes before i just loved them...

mayb u could try to rub the sharp part of the scissors bak and forth on the end of the jean where u cut it...i think tha could work
