They can't get over the fact that Clinton was more popular both here in the US and abroard than Bush. They also cannot forget how Clinton "stole" the election from them way back in '92. Clinton is still amazingly popular today, and that's why the conservatives just can't let it go.
God! I just gave Any G a favorable rating for the first time ever! lol

That's the problem, they are thinking about the End Times - as if any supreme being with a brain would make an extra stop to pick them up.
It is amazing how afraid they still are of Clinton. Yeah, sure, he could still be elected, but he can't run.
The question is - do Americans want him in the White House, even if it just as First-Stud?
A Powell - Clinton Presidential ticket would probably set off a nuclear chain reaction of heart attacks.
And the thought of Clinton in charge of the UN...wow,
I'm sure M Savage would off-himself on-air.
Clinton's power really is impressive.

F'n A, Bubba - well done.

How is it that cantcu gets 7 negative votes, but not a single word to contradict anything he says?
Are Bush supporters so blatant in their hypocrisy?
Did they bother to read it and have no comment?
Unlikely, I think that Bush is their idol because they see him as validating a life without thought.
Bush’s supporters (especially the most rabid) generally lean toward the conservative side of an already conservative institution – religion.
Religion is for people scared of the unknown.
It is for people who need answers (reality is irrelevant – it is only important to have an answer to and for everything).
The answers must be simple (i.e., black/white) regardless of the complexity of the issue.
Religion is also for people unable or unwilling to think.
These are people unaware even that there might be an epistemology of human knowledge.
They believe that what they believe is thinking. For them, believing IS knowing.
Government provides many of the same intellectual and emotional comforts as religion. Both are belief systems, both have some manifestation of father/parent figure, both provide information on the nature and state of the world, and what it means.
It’s interesting that they accuse Muslims of living 600 years in the past.
There is a litmus test for people and societies by which we can know who is living 600 years ago and who is intellectually ready for the 21st century.
The test is the scientific theory of evolution.
People who do not accept evolution are exactly the same people (not ‘like’ them – they ‘are’ them) who would not let go of ‘flat earth’. And, is it not interesting that not one of these people can demonstrate that the earth is not flat any more than they can demonstrate that evolution is no true (but, by God they are certain they know).
It’s not just that they don’t understand evolution – they do not understand that religion and science are different.
They don’t know that ‘know’ means ‘knowledge’ or that it is a complex issue for which there is a dedicated formal philosophy (which also is not isomorphic with religion although they probably see philosophy as the retarded twin who, if he were normal would be religion).
The really do not see how similar (philosophically) Christianity and Islam are.
They don’t see that they speak with the same voice of whoever programmed them.
They think Rush, Sean and Bush know things, and they don’t know that the rich republicans chew them up, spit them out, and then laugh about it. Weird.
Is it predominantly nature or nurture that creates such people?
They cannot accept Cantu’s facts, because everything they believe is so tightly wound together, that if any one part (Bush has become a part) is false, then everything they believe falls apart – and they are nothing without the certainty of their beliefs.

Let's see I am Republican and how can we understand how we got to the present without understanding the past, how do we move on to the future without learning from our past and making changes in our present based on that wisdom. All the Clinton bashing is from juvenile minds, I did not vote for him either time and being a conservative I thought less of him for screwing around on his wife then for being a liberal. I didn't except him to be anything else, he was a Democrat elected on the heels of a strong conservative president, Regan did the tuff guy , Clinton felt our pain. The days of civil debate are gone and reasonable discourse things of the past, it a no holds bar fight to the death in politics these days. The animosity it to high on either side, but I'm still a conservative , just doing my thing and I keep my moral values in my family and in my life, to each their own,in the end we are all in the same boat, sink or swim.

If they were obssesed with the pas then they would reflect on the times of the 1880's when they were actually liberal. Also, they dont reflect on the past or on the future. They only look at how to keep there jobs when it is time for an election, they also look at there future on how to increase there wages and make for a better pension after retirement. They dont care about us. THere is so much corruption involved in politics. if you want the real truth... go to google.com search 911 and watch the truth behind 911. this will show you the true gov.

"Bashing Clinton???"
I'm been reading through Bush Bashing questions and answers all week - if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.
And speaking of obsession with the past, when are the dems going to ever get over the elections?? You lost - get over it.

Because he's your poster boy. They are just having some fun. If you dish it out.......
Clinton is an easy target anyway.
The present is good...no attacks on American soil since 9-11
The future is better...continued security and freedom ..with Republicans in power.

The actions of Bill Clinton got us into many of today's messes. Democrats pretend it all started with Bush. We who are concerned about fact and truth do not close our eyes to the past.
Why do Democrats deny the Iraq Liberation Act? Desperation to make themselves look good despite their own Miserable Failure to accomplish the goal.
Leftists habitually rewrite history in a process called 'generational amnesia'. They depend on new generations to not know about the past so they can be tricked into repeating mistakes of the past. When Leftists tell me to 'forget' the past and Move On, I see that they're up to the usual mischief.
Remember the past!
