ive had the car since 2005, and now that its almost two years old i was hoping that the car repair manual would be out soon. i would just like to have it when i do headlight upgrades ex. for the diagrams.

Go to the dealership (usually a toyota dealership unless you have an actual Scion dealership) and get the service manual. It will cost a little more than the ones you can get at advance/auto zone but it will be more acurate and you can get it now instead of having to wait. Also, have you tried Ebay?

They do last long. The Scion tC is the same car as the older Toyota Celica. Same engine and chassis. It makes 160HP. It does the 0-60mph in 7.4 seconds, which is the same as a Mazda 3 with the 2.3L engine. 160HP is good for 125-130mph. Toyota is the 2nd most reliable brand. Honda being number 1. They can last long and Japanese engines can take a beating. You don't need to take care of it. It will last over 200,000 miles easily.
