Thankfully, human beings can bear a lot more pressure than any toothbrush! If not, the world would be in a lot more trouble than it is.
If you truly find yourself at the brink of "snapping," I urge you to seek some help. There is help out there to assist you in feeling better.
Good luck, and enjoy picking out a new toothbrush that will be even better than the one you had before!

Take a nice DEEP breath after you got really annoyed.
Make sure not to make you shoulders go up, because that RELEASES oxygen, which is not a good thing if your inhaling. also, you should do this over and over until your to tired to yell or something.
p.s. im thirteen yrs old and i know this stuff, pretty cool huh?

Well, DON'T make jokes about snapping while you are at work. It scares people.
