Israel is a Democratic, open free market society. Why wouldn't America help out a true democracy and ally against Islamic fanatics? We share intel and defense assets, its a great partnership. Why did the arabs try to exterminate all the jews every chance they get?
if arabs disarm, there will be peace in the middle east.
If Israel disarms, there will be a second holocaust.

Do you understand that not all Arabs are terrorist? It was not Arabs that was firing hundred of rockets into Israel. Israel was only defending themselves against a terrorist organization called Hezbollah. Are you that prejudice against Jews that you are willing to twist the truth so far that it become a lie? You should have a successful life as a liberal.

After WWII either the UN felt sorry for the Jews and gave them (through the former British Empire) chunks of Palestine, or nobody wanted them in Europe/West anymore - depending on who you believe. The US and the west have been covering that decision for years. Was it right to give them other peoples land? No. Is it right for either side to kill other people? No. Do both sides transgress? Yes. It's a big screwed up mess and there is no end in sight.

Because its foreign policy is *** backwards.
As long as there are forces available that can trigger world oil prices...you bet America,the CIA and Israel and the MOSSAD will gladly render their services.In short there is no money in a stable Mideast...therefore the flames of hostility are constantly stroked.
