I used to be on the swim team. (I recently changed to soccer and others...my schools swim team didn't have enough people....so they cancelled us!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?!?!) Anyways, I swam a lot and trained...like doing ab workouts. I did a variety of sports...like cycling helps the leg muscles (and soccer), I did tennis and rugby to improve arm workouts...
I guess I'm just a regular sports freak huh?

i dont what ppl are talking about when i was swimming my abs were solid, not overtly defined but if you have the right technique and stretching out all the time and do double days, you be good. only a select few get to stay in the rounded figure area after months of double days, and i remember that my jaw got tired of eating before i was full. i was down to like 7% body fat or something like

Work on sitting-ups (with arms across your chest, chin tucked in, knees bent). Use a light mat of some kind and do not hurt your vertebrae by doing this on a bare floor (ouch!) Do some in the morning as you get up and do some in the evening as you prepare to go to sleep. Do this every single day REGARDLESS of how tired you may feel... force yourself to do this.
Work on stretching: if you work in one direction, you must work on the other... OK? Sit on the floor at home, legs straight in front of you, keep your chin up at all times (to help keep your back straight) and try to put your belly button on your thighs as you reach for your toes. Do NOT tug but reach, reach, reach... stay there and continue to reach while you watch a half-hour show on TV. Next, lie on your back and stretch the other way by doing a bridge up. Try to straighten your arms. Slow and easy up and slow and easy down. HOLD that bridge for a few seconds. This is just to stretch (and tighten the gluteal muscles, yes, the buttocks). Your stomach will start to show the difference in a matter of a few weeks. Do this for about 20 minutes (10 minutes on either side) every single day. NO exceptions, EVERY single day. Good luck and best wishes.

Hold in the tummy during training. And don't eat too much junk when out of the water.

Nothing.
trust me if you're going for practice 5 days/week for at least an hour each time and doing dryland (running and weights) for 2 days/week you won't be worrying about your figure.
