its somewat bad because u can become dependant on them.. i used to take melatonin(sleep hormone) to go to sleep during my middle school days.. and ur only supposed to use one or two.. and they work in 15mins.. well after a few years of using them.. my body got too used to it.. and eventually it took like 4 or 5.. and then it jus didnt work at all.. so try ur hardest to find ways of sleeping naturally

Bad. I'm watching my brother go through detox right now. Way bad. Stay away from drugs. They treat symptoms, not causes. If you don't cure the cause, it doesn't go away.
