weird for likeing evanescence, trapt, seether, acdc, metallica, korn, and rob zomby when I'm a 12 year old catholic school girl even though I'm not catholic?

You guys should try convincing junior highers at school when your the new/ goth kid. THey don't even know my name I'm just the goth/ new kid. Seriously though thanks for the suport.

By the way I know you don't have to be catholic to go o catholic school I just got in because I'm a nerd I mean I had 7 years of public school so I would have to be a nerd for those 7 years to make into private school.

When I was 12 I liked Black Sabbath and "early Queen" Emerson Lake and Palmer, Yes, Aerosmith. Basically anything that rocked!
The fact that you go to a school of any religion should not be connected to your musical preferences. Even if you aren't allowed to play it at, on or near school. Only you know what you like for music and that is something that nobody has the right to take away from you.

Nope you are not wierd, I am almost 50 I like evanesence, acdc and metallica, and i am catholic. It does not matter what your taste in music is, if you like it listen to it.

No. Music isn't an indicator of hat kind of person you are, and you don't have to be Catholic to go to Catholic school. I was dragged to church every Sunday and I've known for years that I was (and still am) an atheist.
Just be yourself, and forget about everyone else.

You are a normal adolescent. There are White and Christian Metal bands so it is totally accepted by religions. Your choice in music is typical for someone your age and for people of any age.

Both my 11 y/o daughter and I like many of the bands mentioned, so I would have to say nope, you're not weird. (at least for the music. maybe you're weird for other reasons) JUST KIDDING!!! :)

no way. i like all those bands and i'm exactly the opposite of a goth. ac/dc and metallica are two of the greatest bands of all time.
