The sweat stains or the sweating it self. Use deoderant.

I relate with your problem, I used to sweat so much that I would have to change my tea shirts 5 times a day.
I it was so embarrassing, i didn't want to go out anywhere.
I went to the chemist and bought a product called : Driclor"
It works like a charm, only it cost $20.00 but worth every cent.
It took a few applications for it to work and now I only have to use it once a week, no more sweating and no more embarrassing moments.
You have to be careful how much you put on as it can burn the sensitive areas around the under arm, only put a little bit on as that's all that is needed.
good luck.

I had a teacher with this problem, but he actually had some type of disorder that made him sweat abnormaly. See a doctor to get it under control ;). There are prescription deoderants.

Now that is just about the most terrible thing I have heard all day. Quit being embarrassed over stupid crap. Just start using anti perspirant and stop using deodorant. Sorry for being a smartass but if that's the biggest problem you have you are doing pretty good compared to the rest of us.

Maybe you could top off the antiperspirant with some powder/cornstarch. It's pretty absorbant. For the stains however...if it is a white shirt, try some bleach. If the sweating is occuring at other inappropriate moments, I would see your doctor. Good luck!

If you really must stop for a while,, use Mitchum! it is a great!! however you should remember that you NEED to sweat or you could face health problems,, so only try to halt it for special occasions,,, not all day everyday!!

Try the new no aluminium Adidas anti-perspirant with cotton. It works really well.
Deodorant only works for smell not for sweat stains.

You can't get rid of sweat because its a part of you. Wear deorderant if it smells. You should buy a stain remover if you are getting rid of it on your clothing. I know it is embarassing but you can't change that. You unfortunatly have to live with it.
