While being a homosexual is wrong, in my opinion of course, and Christians believe that very strong hearted, it isn't right for any of us to be bigots towards you, First off it is your life, we can talk to you about what you are doing but in the end it is your choice we have no right to force anything upon anyone. Secondly, For those who are followers of Christ, I have to say if you study Jesus's behaviour did he ever turn anyone away?

No, He was around sinners all the time, In those time the sick were treated about the same as a Christian would treat a homosexual today. (the sick as in someone with leprosy, or was paralyzed etc They were considered dirty.) Jesus spent his time around these type people.

And while now days we push anyone who we consider a sinner away instead of developing a relationship with them, and being their friend. Christ didn't want to start a religion, he wanted to bring about a world full of kindness, where the rich help the poor, where even though what someone does is wrong, they can either receive help, or choose to ignore the help, but still be loved by their friends, and those around them.

I understand the Bible says being a homosexual is an abomination do you think that means we send them to an island so they are away from us? Love your neighbor as yourself does not mean "Love fellow Christians" only. I do beleive that means love everyone, including your enemies.

I could go on about this, but if you have any more questions, or want me to continue on my beliefs on this email me. I know i sorta got off on what I believe on the whole matter :P. Oh well.

Yes, all Christians are sinners. I think people are less tolerant of sins they themselves are not tempted to do. But not all Christians are bigoted. It says in the Bible Jesus loved one of his disciples, though their relationship was not sexual.

Christians are the most judgemental people on earth but i do have to say that there are some that will not say a bad word about anyone. but the majority of them think that it is their right to judge because they are gods people but im sorry God is the judge not them. yeah i belive but cant call myself a christian as i dont act like one at all.

Yes, everyone sins. But with sincere repentance, God forgives.
God dislikes a lot of things, one of them being homosexuality.... the act... not the person.
Haven't you ever read Romans 1:26-27
PS: repent means regret for the sin...whatever it is....and turning away from it.

I agree. Sometimes I am very embarrassed by my fellow Christians. We are all sinners.
