I am an MD. It usually does not mean they have a different father, but it depends on the blood groups. You have to give us more information in order to intelligently answer this question. I remember when we were doing a transplant workup for a possible living-related-donor kidney transplant from a sibling. It became clear that one of the siblings was not from the father. We didn't say anything. We just told the family that that sibling didn't match. I think there are some things that are best left alone, and this is one of them.

not really, could have same parents, just different blood type. Remember there are many combinations A+, A-, AO, B+, B- etc.,
Both parents contribute half of the DNA and each child receives a different combination of DNA from each parent. Makes each child unique.
Hope this helps

nope... that would depend on the parents blood group.
father = AB
mother = O
Children = A,B, O, or AB
or vice versa (on the parents blood group). how am i sure? these are my parents blood group. and i've got a brother and 4 sisters. and these are our blood groups (chidren's blood group, of course)....

i dont think it always mean that they have different fathers. it could be dat the blood type was passed on by either parent.
