It'll be cool, but not yet cold. There probably won't be any snow at all.

Cold and rain. Low 30's to mid 40's or so. Snow in the higher elevations. I spent the whole time there miserable and wet in a bar till my ship left. Of course that was back in 1959 or 1960. Maybe it was Yokosuka.

chilly but often sunny and clear. You'll definately need a jacket or sweater - especially at night. It's a good time to catch the autumn leaves.
