Where can I take it to get resized? How long will it take?

Typically the charge will be under $50 (at least it should be). A lot depends on the ring,,, if there are stones running the length of the ring, if there is a design, etc. If these things are true, the cost may increase.
Go to the American Gem Society website, and locate a jeweler in your area. AGS members have to maintain a code of ethics to remain in this exclusive group. It will give you the confidence to leave your ring for sizing and knowing it will be done correctly.

Any local jeweler will be able to either resize it or send it away for resizing,,the cost will vary due to the size needed but you are probably looking at about $80.oo. I just had some of mine done.

Should be inexpensive, since you're sizing down. Shop around--you may be about to get it done with no charge, especially if they keep the scrap they cut out of your ring.
