Let the hospital staff know this man posses a threat to your family. If he shows up they will ask him to leave. If he refuses they can have law enforcement remove him.
I would also contact the court and ask for a restraining order. This will require him to leave you alone.
Good Luck

You have a right to your privacy at the hospital, no matter who wants to see you. Make it known to your doctor and the hospital that this individual is harassing you and you are afraid for yourself and the baby. If he is so uncontrollable now, just think what he might do if he gets near the baby.

I would seriously consider contacting law enforcement when he harasses you, so you have a record of his harassment, and get yourself a restraining order. It may not keep him away, but at least it will give you a reason to call the police and get him him legally away from you for the time being. He WILL be put in jail if he goes against the restraining order. Maybe he will get some help if he gets himself arrested.

Good luck and congratulations on your new baby.

You are in charge of who is allowed into your room. All you need to do is tell your nurse you do not want him in the room. If you would prefer not to do it in front of him, you can tell her before he gets there or when he's not around. If he is't causing problems, they can't make him leave the hospital, but she CAN keep him out of your room.Good Luck!

Start by trying to get a restraining order on him but I would talk to a lawyer regarding how it to keep him away from a newborn baby. He does have rights since he is the father.

having a baby the unit is usually locked so you have to ring bells to get in just let your nurses know you do not wish to see this person and they won't let him in. good luck

Just tell the hospital you don't want him in there. They have to respect your wishes.

YOU CAN TRY AND GET A RESTRAINGING ORDER BEFORE YOU GO INTO LABOR BUT MOST HOSPITALS HAVE SECURITY SO YOU CAN HAVE A NURSE CALL THEM AND THEY CAN ESCOURT HIM AWAY FROM YOU.
