The ones that come to mind are The Rio Grande, Te Red River and The Colorado River.

The Colorado goes through Austin -- and is not the same Colorado River that goes through the Grand Canyon.

Red River, Sulpher River, Rio Grande, (my brother has a motel and RV park called the 5 Rivers here in NE Texas and I cannot think what the 5 rivers names are! I am blank!

Rio Grande, Trinity, Waco, Sabine, Everet, Houston, Josh (sometimes considered a creek, OK?), Esk, Paso Verde, Davis, Red, Elbe, Frederick, Nacodouges, Clark and Menades.

Those are the usual ones.
