put in it your phone and it should automatically be read by the phone. and in my opinion a 2GB TF is too big fro your L7 and it will slow down when you try to open an application and sometimes may hang

You can't use 2gb on SLVR, only on RAZR V3i or X. Works on some other phones too. The max for the SLVR L7 is 1gb.

If you put it in the phone, the phone should automaticly format it for you. At least samsungs do. Put it in the phone, and plug the phone into the computer, and see if it gives you the option to format. If this doesn't work, call your service porvider (cingular, t-mobile, verizon) and ask them how to do it. They should know
