Whoever said Green Bay, or Cleveland for that matter, obviously has no clue what they're talking about. Those fans live and die for those teams, and (more importantly) they show up in force for games. THAT's what keeps teams in a city.
From what I hear on the radio - and I'm nowhere near that market - Jacksonville has some of the fairest-weather fans in the league.
I agree that LA doesn't deserve one. They couldn't support the Rams or Raiders when they were there; I don't know why the NFL thinks another team would succeed.

Sorry for changing your question but the state of New Jersey doesn't deserve either of its NFL teams, the Giants or Jets, Both teams are too ashamed that they play in New Jersey to actually call themselves the New Jersey Jets or new Jersey Giants. Pathetic

Nashville. One of the worst moves ever made was taking the Oilers and making them the Titans, ugly uniforms and all. When Houston got a team back, they should have brought back the Oilers like Cleveland brought back the Browns.

New York doesn't deserve "its" two teams. Both the Giants and Jets actually play in New Jersey. At least one of them should have NJ in its name.

Probably Buffalo. They're a small-market team that has to compete with the CFL up there for fans, and they have stunk in recent years.
