ok its not a matter of it getting infected easily, or not cheaper jewalry is made with metal flakes instead if quality metal these flakes come off in the piercing and will fester.ever hear of staff? well that is only one to think of many other problems cheap studs can cause how about amputation? try a tattoo or piercing shop or hott toppic, they tend to carry good jewelry just stick with surgical steel or titanium...
