The 14th day of my cycle was september 9th and I realized I had a yeat infection on september 14th or so, did this ruin my chances?

I would not treat the infection until your post-ovulatory phase of the cycle. The creams and suppositories used in treating yeast infections may have some effect on sperm transport and vaginal pH.
There is no harm in trying to conceive or getting pregnant with a current yeast infection. This infection is confined to the vagina and does not change the pH of the vagina enough to prevent conception.

It shouldn't mess with ovulation, however, you can infect your partner. Be careful!!!
