I do. I'm 17. Been watching them since I was 10. I'm a big fan of Lon Chaney, Harold Lloyd, Charles Chaplin, and Buster Keaton.

I think Clara Bow was very pretty.

They are very "different", and quite sophisticated. They also have a lot of realistic stuff going on because the filming doesn't have to be so fussy about sounds---lots of cute animals can be featured, for example. I love: DESTINY, THE GOLEM, SHADOWS, and STUDENT OF PRAGUE.

The only two I have ever seen is The Phantom of the Opera (Lon Chaney) and Nosferatu. I liked them, so I see no reason why I wouldn't enjoy others. This wasn't much of an answer, but I tried :P

One of my favorite movies of all time is Modern Times - love when Charlie tries to tighten the buttons on the lady's bosom! Also Nosferatu - amazingly scary when you think that there weren't the special effects like we're used to. And, of course, Mel Brooks "Silent Movie". Do you watch the silent movies on Sunday nights on TCM?

My favorite silent movie is The General with Buster Keaton. Knowing that he planned and did all his stunts himself was so incredible. Makes me wonder if technology is actually killing true creativity rather than helping it grow....

I like Nosferatu, that was very amusing. But i've never really had a chance to watch any.
