NO, microdermabrasion won't take off acne and you should not use it if you have acne, however it works pretty good to get rid of acne scar, so if you meant the acne scar, then the answer is yes but not for acne itself

it helps remove whiteheads and blackheads.
it does not work for pimples and cysts.
