I'd say they are an allergic reaction to some kind of deodorant. Sounds like you need to make sure that whatever you put under your arms is noncomedogenic, or it will clog your skin and create nodules.
Mix salt or sugar and olive oil together and scrub your whole body with it after you soak in a tub or shower for 10 minutes. This will remove all the dead skin and allow your skin to breathe.
Then, change your deodorant to one that is less damaging.

It's a blocked something-or-other.
What you need to do is soak in a bath to open your pores and clean the area. Exfoliate, which is rubbing in circular motions with a cloth or using a special shower gel with little beads in it or something.
Anything will do really. If it has a point or a head it will be an ingrown hair and if it's basically flat it will be a black head. Either way squeezing (after a bath) will eventually get both things out, but it's upto you if you want to go that route.
Either way both are harmless and should go away soon. Ingrown hairs take longest.

A shave bump, or ingrown hair. Stop shaving, especially if u r shaving bald. It's just a fad and some girls on here will tell u it is healthy, but u will find no proof of that. Some women just think it's sexy, but I'm sure u will agree there is nothing sexy about a shave bump or ingrown hair. Stop the madness, let it grow. Don't feel disgusted by ur own body.

From the sounds of it they may be pimples (blackheads) but as they are under your arm it could be a number of things from problems with your lymphatic nodes to a heat rash to possibly something more serious. Get to the doctor and see what he says. All of these things are something he can treat. Here are some website to look at but see the doctor.

Probally Ingrown hairs. I get those on my legs. You can use a body scrub like a homemade sugar body scrub: Equal parts baby oil and Sugar and a teaspoon to a tablespoon of Vanilla Extract for scent.

they could be ingrown hairs or possibley boils but boils would have a head and be bigger than a pimple. I would say change deoderants and see if that helps.
