Mine is Final Fantasy 3 for the Super Nintendo. Final Fantasy 7 for the PS1 and Final Fantasy 10 for the PS2.

Final Fantasy 6 (also known as Final Fantasy 3 on the Super Nintendo) is the best in everything from music to storyline to gameplay and memorable characters.
I don't really like the PS1 Final Fantasy games because unlike the fast paced battles of the SNES games, the battles in the PS1 games are so slow (those long summoning animations are annoying).
A lot of people like Final Fantasy 7, but I believe they're thinking of the good storyline and music and overall presentation while ignoring the poor gameplay.

FF3 for SNES... It's got great depth, and like 10 characters... Which was tremendous for a game back then... Locke was my favorite character...

FF7 for PS1 was and still is my fav. FFX is really, really close 2nd.
ffx-2 stunk, except the VERY challenging Cloister of trials!!! \

that was the first american version,,,,1-6 were japanese versions ,,, 7 was cutting edge back then,,,now a little out dated,,,,but for its day,,,,that was great!!! ~~~
