unlike medical, law, business, and other degrees, traditional employers don't care which pharmacy school you graduated from.

Now if you are looking into academia, your entry-level degree (B.S. or PharmD,) really doesn't matter that much either. Where you get your Ph.D and do your residencies counts though.
