They won't win the World Series either year because the NL is just a worse division than the AL. If the Mets were in the American League, then they would barely have a winning record. But because they are playing against crappy National League teams, they have a good record. I won't be surprised if the Mets get sweeped in the World Series, if they get there.

Truefully as a mets followers no There Rotation is sturdy and could be much extra constructive whilst Pedro comes back. you purely prefer 4 starters for the NLCS/ international sequence simply by fact of days off making the beginning Rotation Pedro, Glavine, EL Duque and Maine it is between the wonderful interior the NL they like a extra constructive bullpen schonhewis has already in 3 appearances given up 6 hits and positioned the winning run on today that gave the win to the Braves. Mota whilst he comes back is probably no longer as sturdy as final 12 months considering earlier he got here to the mets had a 27.00 era for the indians and replaced into suspended for steroid use on the tip of final season i'm aggravating that the low era. he had for the Mets final 12 months replaced into led to by steroids. And after what i've got seen of Joe Smith so far i do no longer think of radolph could desire to enable him pitch he's given up at-least useful In each and every inning he has pitched no longer including the three hits he gave as much as the cardinals. even whilst Sanchez comes back which will bypass away a minimum of two gaps interior the bullpen If the Mets prefer to win the international sequence Omar lots commerce for alleviation pitching and he could could desire to provide up the two Pelfry, Miledge, or yet another prospect to get one. the reason i do no longer think of the Mets will win the international sequence simply by fact of what I reported above Is the beginning rotation is great yet old meaning all of them can not pitch 9 innings meaning the bullpen will could desire to come out which will shop them from wining the international sequence
