I would have to say, Blonde to Brunette.
I have seen too many Brunettes go Blonde with disastrous results. It does not match their skin tone, roots show, and that great a change requires lightner which when used over a period of time does bad things to your hair's texture.
Besides, Brunettes are intelligent looking, and also appear to have high self confidence..and that is sexy :)
