Well obviously he doesn't like you enough or respect you. So why waste any more time on him?
My understanding is if a guy really likes you HE will call YOU!

Get over him. This guy isn't into (or ready, for that matter) commitment.
You're not even his girlfriend and you're already getting jealous of his behavior. Now, imagine if you two did go out. You obviously know he is attracted to other girls in your school; so wouldn't that make you jealous?
You're wasting your time on someone who isn't worth it. If he cared about you or wanted a relationship with you then he'd make an effort to at least call.
Stop calling him—cut the contact loose. I've been in your situation when I was younger and after a while of not calling him, he kept calling me and talking to me. HE only wanted ME when I played HARD TO GET. But, if I would call him, he'd be turned off. I figured a guy like that isn't worth my time period since he likes to behave like an idiot and I told him not to call anymore.
There are plenty more fish in the sea.

Same here to but opposite sex here. I guess me and you just have to move on huh...... What can we do? If he or she like us than they will be interest in us and not do that sh*t flirting. Will, as for me, this girl never pay attention to me even if I try to be nice. She just keeps on talking to they boy friend of her and I get really mad but don't show it out.

u cannot keep on runnin after him.If u do so, he will have a higher self esteem, and dump u more.Try not to call him for several days.If he calls you first,then he's got somethin for you.If he doesnt,then he isnt interested.If you show him that u wanna flirt. maybe u can pass by his legs sometime ;) heheh.

Well, you like him, and you have to be sure he likes you too. Here's a tip, boys like to be popular around girls and guys both, so the best thing to do is ignore him, I guarantee you it works, I could never stand it when my girls ignored me for the same reason..lol..
