Stress is the worst. Try to chill out, do something relaxing, and help yourself that way.

I know a little about your frustration--I was 4 cm dilated two weeks before the due date, and had to stay in the house in serious discomfort for the duration.

Plan your nursery. Make photo books for the older child. Knit. Do anything to take your mind off it for the time being, and bingo! you'll be in labor.

I know you'll hate this but the baby will come when it's ready. Never rush a pregnancy....you may want to have this baby but the baby might not quite be ready to be had. Just enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and make your husband do all the work for you...once you have the baby you won't have a good excuse for him to do anything for you!

Hey! Have you "talked" to your baby? I know it sounds weird, but they here you and maybe in the talking about it your body will let go of the baby? I've had three so I know a bit of what I'm talking about. My dad told me to have mine between 4:00 and 6:00 so he could be there. WE ( me and Rowy my daughter pulled it off at 6:01) LOL! Good luck I hope they arrive soon : )

Sex WITH ORGASM, the orgasm is what triggers uterine contractions, nipple stimulation also triggers uterine contractions, walking will help efface and dialate you, any kind of "get up and move" activity, vaccuming....etc. Otherwise, it is a waiting game, and ultimately baby decides to come, when baby decides to come.
