The first "Would" Cup "would" have been won by Land of Eng, if they bothered to show up in 1930. They didn't until 1950 because they are so snotty and thought they were so better having "invented" the game. Needless to say bad karma from the start of WC history means the Land of Eng really are the champs of "woulda, coulda, shoulda."
