Clouds are formed when water vapour in the air is cooled and condenses as part of the water cycle. Clouds consist of billions of tiny water droplets (and even ice crystals) floating in the sky and appear in a variety of shapes and sizes depending on how and where they formed.
You can put " clouds are formed by" in the search box and find alot of info. on clouds

Okay, here we go. Relative humidity refers to the amount of moisture that can remain in a gaseous state at that temperature. If you have 100% RH (relative humidity) and then cool the air, even slightly, the air molecules aren't vibrating as fast and therefore don't need as much room. As they move closer together, ie condense, water vapor molecules suddenly have no room to vibrate themselves. As they slow down they go back to being liquid water, condensing around dust particles which are always present in the atmosphere.

Water evaprates, rises to the sky. Then after cooling, it condences onto the only thing available. DUST!!! The large emounts of wet dust floating around makes a cloud.

When water evaporates, it doesn't dissapear, it rises (kind of like how hot air rises). When it rises aas water vapor, it cools. The little droplets come together in a big "fog" in the sky, and that's what clouds are.
