Yes you can. There are companies that do it. You usually fly to Argentina and then get on a boat. Just google 'antarctica cruises' or something.

Yes, they can. Ships often circle the continent in the summer(Nov-Feb) down there and sometimes people get close enough to get near shore. You'd probably leave from Tiera Del Fuego.

I'm sure it's expensive, though.

I don't think there are hotels and tourist attractions there, but you can go on a cruise that will take you there.

Yes, If you have the $$$$. I think most of the tours are cruises where you don't actually go ashore.
