how did you flatten your tummy? do you have any links??? please help

swim for 2 or 3 hours a day it will all work out

Any good competition suit will do, arena, tyr, speedo, etc
I never wore less than three suits unless I was competing. Take the bottom two suit straps (for girls) and pull them over the top strap the pull your arms out of those two. Keeps from pulling on your shoulders then. I wore extra suits for two reasons, drag, and because most of my suits were pretty worn so if one ripped, it wasn't a big deal.

As far as looking good, um some got it and and some don't. If you want it, get off your rear and work for it. On average, We would stretch, do 100 sit ups ( I think now people do crunches) run 3 miles, do 30 minutes of weights, and then two hours of pool time.

my swim team wore speedo splices. and nobody bothered looking good in it. nobody cared about looks; everyone just wanted to swim fast.

but if you really want to flatten your tummy, try some good dry-land workouts (abwork like crunches helped me, but you have to do it daily)

em I dont know if u are a girl or a boy but speedo of course and if u want to be thin(girls and boys) u have to run fast and if u want to be big(boys) lifting

Once you get swimming you'll slim down.
