ALOT!
Todays population is nearing 7 Billion for the entire world.
Thousands of people die everyday, and yet population is growing at a steady beat.
I would estimate possibly around 1000 around the entire world per second. I know its alot, but think about the population of that which wont reach its first year, second year ect.
And our population of Earth is increasing more and more each year at an exponential rate.

Many, but for the record the age group that has seen the steepest increase in population is the over 70 set. Population growth is directly attributed to death rates not birth rates. Global birth rates haven't risen all that much, but there has been a sharp decrease in death rates.
