How about:

Quaternion, (I know it's only 10 letters but it has all the vowels with the q and the f) in mathematics, its a type of higher complex number.

Recommendation, has all the vowels and its 14 letters but not the q and an f.

Factorizations, has the 14 letters but not all the vowels and there is no q.

So you leave me no choice but to come up with my favorite word.
Quasimodification !!!
We use it at work when we have to make a small change in the program, but I don't think that counts.

I FOUND IT.... quinquefarious ,
Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913)
