A real Christian follows the teachings of Jesus.
-Jesus tought peace.
-Jesus taught forgiveness.
-Jesus taught taking care of the poor.
-Jesus taught taking care of the sick.
-Jesus taught turning the other cheek.
-Jesus taught that we should not ever be afraid.
-Jesus taught that lying is wrong.
-Jesus taught that killing is wrong.
-Jesus taught that stealing is worng.
-Jesus taught that we should be wise as serpents and gentle as doves.
By definition, anyone that votes Republican is not a Christian, since Republicans work against every single one of these principles that Jesus taught.
-Republicans promote war.
-Republicans promote holding of grudges and non-forgiveness.
-Republicans promote discarding the poor.
-Republicans promote health care only for those that can afford it.
-Republicans promote revenge.
-Republicans promote fear.
-Republicans promote lies.
-Republicans promote killing.
-Republicans promote abortion by making the circumstances that cause it more and more common. Under Bush, abortion rates have tripled. Under Clinton, abortion rates halved. Universal health care and good education are key to lowering abortion rates. Besides, if Republicans really wanted abortion to be illegal, they could have passed a law anytime in the last 6 years...they control every branch of government...they could even pass a constitutional ammendment, since there are several (more than enough) anti-abortion Democrat Senators and Congresspeople.
-Republicans promote stealing...money, oil, pensions, anything they can get their hands on.
-Republicans promote ignorance and take pride in stupidity.
There is not a single Republican that is a Christian in any way other than that they call themselves that...unless they have realized that they have been lied to about what the Republican Party stands for...realized that they have made a mistake...realized that they have sinned, both directly and indirectly.
They love to talk about "values" and "morality" out of one side of their mouths, while committing every single sin ennumerated in the Bible on a constant basis. Republicans are not Christians.

They are not true Christians...
I call them Bushians, Bush Christians.
A Bushian is basically a Christian Extremist that has declared War on Islam and believes the blood of the 130,000+s Iraqi civilians is justified in the name of GOD.
Few more of their traits are listed below:
- Take from the poor as much as you can to benefit corporations... ie, corporate welfare
- Let the poor, sick and elderly go without food in order to buy medicine
- Let the poor, sick and elderly live under bridges if they lose their jobs or hit hard times say from an illness
- Let the uninsured go to the woods and die if they get cancer or some other terminal illness that might be cured with healthcare
- Attack any Islamic country that doesn't agree with us
- Obeying rules is only something a democrat has to do
- Once again, rules do not apply to a republican
- Outsource as many jobs as you can so that corporations will increase their profits.
- Don't deport the illegals (Bush) because corporations need their cheap labor.
- Protest against America by protesting her laws... ie, abortion
- Happily accept special rights from the states for your heterosexual marriage
- Tell all non-Christians they are going to burn in hell for their sins such as being gay because it says in the Bible it is wrong.. meanwhile they go to bed with their live-in girlfriends or get a blow*** from their neighbor's daughter.
- Use lies, cheating and propapaganda that spreads hate and motivates prejudices to win an election.
Ok, I could go on for about 200 more lines but that is enough

Here's a link to a good article about the Baylor Religion Survey. Down at the bottom is a chart. The section on Evangelical Protestant ages and education is particularly interesting.

Wow. I kind of agree with some of your points, but it sounds like you are lumping a lot of people together and spewing some of the same hatred that you accuse them of. I am sure that not all Republican Christians like war or dislike those who are different from them.

Nice use of stereotypes.
I do think that Republicans lean a little too much on presenting themselves as distinctively "Christian", but you have to realize also, that throughout the history of man, most of the wars we have had have been over Religion.
I wouldn't really say that being for both is a double standard. Well, not exactly, anyway.

You don't know a single Republican in real life.I can't think of a single hateful thing a Republican has said , but I am sure your definition of hateful is just a difference of a opinion from yours. Howard Dean has said some hateful things, " Republicans have never made an honest living in their life" that is hateful. Name one Republican in office that has called any member of the DNC evil. Name one Republican that has compared our troops to Stalin and Pol Pot, like Durbin.Name one republican who has accused our Marines of being cold blooded killers. You may not agree with republicans but they do pick there words more carefully. At least when Republicans talk you know who they are, with Dems they say allot of the same things our enemies say,so if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck it must be a duck.

No one complained ( Democrats) about going to war in Bosnia because it was to stop the bloodbath by a dictator. But we stopped a dictator(Saddam) from doing the same thing & the US is the bad guy. I guess it depends on which party you belong to if it is a just war. I fought in2 wars Viet Nam& Gulf War1 and I served presidents of both parties.Oh by the way under a Dem (Johnson) we were loseing & under a Rep,( GW1) we did not finish the job. So which party is the best in war? NEITHER//

Republican here......we hate everyone but rich white people. We like tax cuts for the rich, and the end of social security, end of any all social help for the poor and elderly.
We love deficts, that we can't pay for. We want MORE endless wars, because it makes our rich, white defense contractors happy.
