there are two glasses that were washed clean..somehow....the smaller one got stuck in the bigger one..how do you get them to come apart?

Put some ice and water into the inner one, and then dunk the outer one into very hot water, and quickly try to get them apart. Make sure that the boundary between the two is kept dry.

Hold an electric razor against the glass----the vibration may cause them to separate.
Also works on stuck glass stoppers in liquor containers.

submerge them in a sink of cool water
