My advice is: If you are a woman, it's your choice. If you are a man; well, I guess that's your choice too. But SUPPOSED TO? Only if you wish to conform to someone else's perceptions of what you should be.

"Soposto" is not a word. I think you are looking for "supposed to".
To answer your question: yes if you're female, no if you're male.
