Yes, you can buy a car without an I.D. or license. You just cannot drive the vehicle until you get both materials as they are required in most states.

Yea you can just need a drivers license to get insurance and insurance to get it registered into your name and you need insurance to get it inspected thats if your state requires inspection. A little hint if you drive like I do get the car muddy so they can't see the registration drive in right hand lane and ride everyones *** so they can't see you hehe

sure, you don't need a DL to buy a car. you should be able to title it in you name, and probably get tags, if you want, but then you will have to have insurance on the car.

in the state of oklahoma you have to be over 18 and hold a valid d.l. and have the app. insurance to purchase a vehicle
