I think you phrased your question badly. I imaging you were asking if it was terrorists or if it was the US gov't.

It was both. The government had opportunity to take the threats seriously. Italian Athorities followed Alqueta (sp) for a year prior to the attack and submitted compelling evidence. Whether the government knew about the attack is not the question; they DID know. WHY they choose to not act is the question.

On one side the President's cabinet members had been vying to go into Iraq for over a decade. Something Bush Sr. was at odds with with his OWN cabinet members about.

On another angle Clinton's Admin had recieved terror threats that materialized in the 1993 WTC bombing and Also Did Nothing.

On a bureaucratic structural level hundreds (perhaps) of documents suggesting terror threats litter the Dept of Homeland Security and it is likely that credible evidence was lost in the shuffle.

Either way it points to government's lack of protection or preparedness. Looking at what happened during a natural disaster like Katrina and seeing how miserably this administration handled it it is believeable that it was plain lack of leadership that continue to make Americans suffer. You mean just like the moon landings? Yes, you are right. They actually hide the towers somewhere in Brazil. The CNN tapes were prerecorded. The missing people are kept in prison cells in Mozambique. David Copperfield created the illusion of the towers falling for the people on the ground, while a couple of hundred social workers put the buildings on wheels and drove them out to Elizabeth Seaport for shipping out of the country. It was amazingly well orchestrated. Much better than the story that they try to tell everybody: That 18 guys and a couple of knives took over four of planes. Everybody knows how far out that sounds.

The WTC tower fell in 8.4 seconds, thats rediculous being that they were 110 stories high!! Meaning that the floors had to crumble, pancake, or fall at about 13 floors per second!!! Yeah RIGHT It was took down BY EXPLOSIVES!!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the evidence speaks for itself.

Two large jumbo passenger jets filled with fuel crashed into the sides of each building, knocking the protective foam from the inner girders. Burning fuel weakened the interior steel structure (which was lighter than the outer steel) and the buildings collapsed under the massive weight above the damage. Once that began, it was a chain reaction.

Dangerous fanatics took responsibility for this crime and the evidence is that such was the case.

It's a strange conspiaracy that only proofs the u.s government was behind it all. On early august 2001, Bush and his adminerstration recieved a warining notifing them about the attacks and what would happen, how did his adminerstration react? Bush just read " little lamb" in a grade school while the attacks occured, something that could have been prevented. If you look at footage, you see the towers falling straight forward downwards toward the ground, something that occurse when you put ammo on the foundation of the building and it collapses. layer by layer or everyting at once

Yeah, all those people died because of an imaginary building being hit by imaginary airplanes, hijacked by imaginary terrorists. I can't believe you even asked this, but I think I know what you're refering to, as I have also heard the "It was a plot by Bush therory". Not sure how I feel about that, but It hit me as strange when they said "a plot like this had to be the work of a master-mind, and had to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars" I thought, "No it doesn't, all it would take was reservations for several flights taking place at the same time, and money for the tickets." I mean, I'm no "master-mind", and I thought of that!... Kind of makes you wonder, stuff like that, but you sure let yourself in for alot of heat.
