www.realtor.com: The "official" REALTOR site.
www.craigslist .org: You can get some great FSBO finds here sometimes.
Some of the brokers have excellent search engines on their sites (many are much more useful than realtor.com). I really liked my realtor's search interface. It dynamically maps your listings as you add criteria and you can narrow your search by bounding the geographic area graphically. She's a Remax agent in NC. I think the national site actually had a different (less useful) search interface. For reference, her site is www.adriennedeans.com.

In my area you would use Mi-mls.com and I am assuming they have one for each state. Realtor.com is a few days behind when listing and when the home has sold. Those few days make a huge difference.
