I know that circumcision reduces sensation in the penis, but does it actually decrease the sex drive? I know that circumcision was introduced in order to reduce the male sex drive, so I just wondered if that's what actually happens.

Non religious circumcision was introduced in Wester culture as a method of prenting masturbation. Circumcision reduces the sensation of the foreskin rubbing against the glans and makes the actual act of masturbation more difficult since there is less loose skin to move up and down. Using lube helps re-create the absent foreskin but the sensitivity is still lessned. I don't think the sex drive is anyway lessened. As one who chose to get cut as and adult I would say I'e even more driven by the circumcision and turned on.

No, they are not, sex drive is determined by the hormone level and other factors. Circumcision was invented to reduce the enjoyment of sex; so that the young men would stay out in the fields and work shops longer and make more money for the old men. The old men heard God speak and he told them to cut on the young guys tools, convenient huh.

However, like most attempts to control people this one works badly. While circumcised men get less enjoyment from vaginal sex they tend to look elsewhere for stimulation, engaging in more masturbation, oral and anal sex.

Circumcision was not introduced to reduce the male sex drive. It was introduced as a religious procedure and later on to help the male keep his penis clean as the foreskin is a good place for germs to accumulate if not properly washed. As for the sex drive, NO, it does not increase or decrease the sex drive as we men are always horny (at least it seems that way)

circumcision reduces sexual pleasure by 80% urologist have said it can turn 10 sex into 3 sex. The most sensitive part of the entire human body is the foreskin of the penis which hold almost triple the nerves as the clitoris. The most sensitive parts of the circumcised penis are less sensitive than the least sensitive parts of the intact penis. Try some research people. and YES it was introduced to lessen sexual pleasure(which is why it is religious).
