well it could be that you do the best work, or the only one that does the work the right way. look into it. she may even be a little intimidated by the other assistants

You could look at it this way. The harder the task the better the rewards. Be proud of the fact that you can do it all and some.

Maybe she feels like u r more qualified and experienced and can handle the responsibility. I was trusted more than others because i showed my maturity and good judgment.

i dont get it. well maybe she just doesnt think you work hard enough and wants you to learn to work hard. but i dont really understand what you mean.
