Kids are lazy because society has been telling them that they can be whatever they want to be if work hard but slowly the working hard part has been being left out. Looking at celebrities, it is easy to see why people believe they can do nothing with their lives and be famous.*cough* Paris Hilton *cough* Luck is the new hard works and Las Vegas or the Lottery pushes that mentality. The reason the homework is wrong though is because the majority of teachers no longer care about their students and the majority of students stop caring about school. Homework ends up being busy work that teachers assign and never actually check.

Perhaps because the medium for them to get others to do their homework is available. Maybe they just ask on the tough questions? Maybe it's because with the times, Mom and Dad aren't home as much anymore to help their kids with their homework like they were 15+ years ago, and so the kids are forced to ask on line for someones help?
Oh, and why do you really care if someone gets help on line? I mean, would you rather them NOT do their homework at all?

I've seen some of your questions tonight-all intelligent. I cannot believe all the kids asking for homework help on this site. Many I do in my head, some I just use a calculator. Heaven help us if this is typical of the next generation that can't do math !
So simple geography questions I LMAO ! All they have to do is look at a world map. I don't think 99% of them know what a library is.

I can see the kids that are getting "help" with their homework, but those who have it done for them, that's just sad. And yes, going through life being ignorant is even worse. Shame on those lazy kids.

too much homework. at least my son gets too much of it. And it's boring too. He'd rather study something more interesting like Physics and Animals rather than writing some inane book report. He's only 10.

Because it's so much easier to ask for help now, with technology booming. People can ask each other things on IM, e-mail,.. there are forums,... people can find answers to problems by websurfing... etc etc

because they all think that they are gonna become famous and not have to work hard for the rest of their lives, so they dont see education that important. that or their parents just dont care about their children's future
